The building she is in doesn't have a working washing machine. We called the front desk and they said well maybe you can call the washing machine company and see if they can fix it... I guess it is the tenants job to call the company that owns the washing/drying machine and have it dealt with. At move in Verizon came to hook up the internet and TV and needed to get into this room, but no one had a key and management told him to just try to pry the door open. He failed since it was a deadbolt, but he did try. Eventually another maintenance person came and unlocked it and got it open for him...

Convenient Location/Comfortable Living
But the office staff and maintenance crew are very quick to fix anything and address concerns. The building dryer in our building has not worked for a while but I have my own so it doesn't really bother me, but sometimes due to use it does leave an odor in the hall. Does have 2 pools and is in a convenient location for shopping. Watch out for the occasional gunshots and constant police patrol. Upon reading there are w/d in apartments or hookups in unit, after the tour, found out that was not true; it’s only in select models.
